USB or power outlet for the back seat

Yes, I have done that (Dual 2,1A USB Outlet on 12V ACC), but at my CX-5, not at a CX-3 - hence I wrote about it in the cx5-forum here (with photos). But I assume, that the rear of the center console is different from CX-5 to CX-3. And perhaps there are different rear parts of the console depending on armrest or not and on model year?
I powered it with ACC from the fuse box in the driver footroom (mini fuse adapter). And probably with Minus/Mass from a screw unter the console.
I drilled a hole in the rear plastic of the center console with a 28 mm drill bit/cutter like this one (Unsere Seite enthält Affiliate-Links, für die unser Forum möglicherweise eine Vergütung bekommt.). But before drilling, I would strongly suggest to dismantle/unclip the plastic of the console to check if enough space is given for the usb power outlet.

Ja, das habe ich gemacht (Dual 2,1A USB Outlet an 12V ACC), aber an meinem CX-5, nicht an einem CX-3 - daher habe ich hier im cx5-Forum darüber (mit Fotos) geschrieben. Ich gehe jedoch davon aus, dass sich die Rückseite der Mittelkonsole von CX-5 zu CX-3 unterscheidet. Und vielleicht gibt es unterschiedliche hintere Teile der Konsole, abhängig von der Armlehne oder nicht und vom Modelljahr.
Ich habe es mit dem ACC aus dem Sicherungskasten im Fahrerraum (Mini-Sicherungsadapter) mit Strom versorgt. Und wahrscheinlich mit Minus / Mass von einer Schraube unter der Konsole.
Ich habe ein Loch in den hinteren Kunststoff der Mittelkonsole mit einem 28 mm Bohrer / Fräser wie diesem gebohrt. Vor dem Bohren empfehle ich jedoch dringend, den Kunststoff der Konsole zu demontieren / zu lösen, um zu prüfen, ob genügend Platz für die USB-Steckdose vorhanden ist.
